“the last thing you lack is depth.”

Let me play your stupid
Dance around facetiously
Gaze upon you through the crazy
Claiming me menagerie
Let me catapult my sorrows
Tucked away in pocket’s depth
A microcosm at my fingertips
That’s better functioned when inept
Let me hold your ugly truths
Vulnerable as daylight soars
Through beams of deep complexities
With all that you abhor
Let me rave and rant and rage
Scream and sing and jump and live
Giving endless fuck-shits about everything
Because that’s all we’ve got to give
Let me thrive within your comfort
Your eyes aflood with no remorse
I want to fall this time much harder
Willingly, and yet, without much force
Let me learn to love myself again
It’s easier when I stop to try
Because your acceptance of my evils
Helps the horror in me die.
